Shipping/Service Fulfillment Policy

This Shipping/Service Fulfillment Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms under which Rozgaar Saathi fulfills service bookings made via our platform. This Policy is intended to provide clarity on delivery expectations and procedures.
1. Service Confirmation
- Upon successful booking, Users will receive a confirmation email or SMS outlining the service details, date, time, and estimated arrival time of the assigned professional.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that the details provided are accurate and for notifying Rozgaar Saathi of any discrepancies within [X hours/days] of receiving confirmation.
2. Service Delivery
- Rozgaar Saathi arranges for trained professionals to perform the service at the specified location and time provided by the User during booking.
- Our professionals are equipped and instructed to perform the service in compliance with the quality standards set by Rozgaar Saathi. Any tools or materials required for the service will be provided by the professional unless otherwise specified.
3. Rescheduling and Delays
- Rozgaar Saathi will make reasonable efforts to deliver services within the estimated time frame. In cases of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, Rozgaar Saathi will notify the User as soon as possible.
- Users may reschedule services up to [X hours/days] before the scheduled time without penalty. Rescheduling within [X hours] of the service time may incur an additional fee.
4. Service Satisfaction and Follow-Up
- If the service does not meet our quality standards, the User is required to report the issue to Rozgaar Saathi within 24 hours of service completion.
- Rozgaar Saathi reserves the right to review the issue and may, at its discretion, provide corrective actions, which may include re-servicing or partial refunds.
5. Liability Limitations
- Rozgaar Saathi is not liable for any damages, delays, or failures in service delivery resulting from events outside of our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, strikes, or other force majeure events.
- Users are responsible for ensuring the service location is safe and accessible for the professional to perform the booked service.
6. Changes and Amendments
Rozgaar Saathi reserves the right to update this Service Fulfillment Policy as necessary. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of any updates or changes.
