Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the terms under which refunds may be issued to users ("Users," "you," or "your") by Rozgaar Saathi ("we," "us," or "our") for services booked via our platform.

1. Scope and Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds apply only to services booked and paid for through Rozgaar Saathi’s platform.
• To be eligible for a refund, services must be canceled within 6 hours of the scheduled service time. Cancellations outside this window may forfeit refund eligibility.
• Refunds are generally processed if the service was not delivered as described, following further evaluation.

2. Refund Procedure

• To request a refund, contact our support team within 24 hours of the scheduled service time with service details and reason for the request.
• Each refund request undergoes a review process. Additional information may be requested to verify claims.
• Upon successful review, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-4 business days.

3. Partial Refunds and Cancellation Fees

• Partial refunds may apply for cancellations made within 3 hours of the service, with a cancellation fee covering administrative expenses.
• For incomplete services or re-servicing, a partial refund may be provided in place of the full amount.

4. No-Show Policy

• If the professional arrives at the location and the User is unavailable, it will be marked as a "No-Show." No refunds will be issued, and a penalty fee may be applied.

5. Changes and Amendments

• Rozgaar Saathi reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on our website. Users are encouraged to review this Policy periodically.
